Elaine has over 20 years of private equity experience in the US and Asia. She is actively involved in strategy formulation and implementation, business development, and capital market transactions.

She is currently a co-founder and a partner of H+ Partners, a private equity fund dedicated to investing in and building companies that accelerate decarbonization, with a particular emphasis on the hydrogen ecosystem; it was established in 2021 in Hong Kong. Prior to that, in 2006 she co-founded HAO Capital, a Beijing-based China growth equity fund that invested in companies in the health care, fintech, and cleantech sectors.
